Raw Homemade Walnut Milk

Ingredients: 1 cup of raw walnuts, 3 cups of water, 3 raw pitted dates, and 1 tbsp. of vanilla extract.

Check out the health benefits of walnuts. Wow! They’re nuts!

This is my favorite milk — yes, more than almond, hemp, soy and all the others combined. I make it every few days and put it in my cereal and smoothies. It’s easy to make, delicious, and no cows suffer to make it. Will you give it a try?

1. Optional: Soak the walnuts in water for four hours to remove the enzyme inhibitors. Drain and rinse with water.

2. Pour walnuts into blender with water, dates, and vanilla.

3. Blend and store in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it!

*Add more walnuts for a thicker consistency.

It looks like milk, it tastes better than milk, and well, it is milk! Walnut milk! For more information on the truth about drinking cow’s milk, click here.
