Ingredients: Curry, turmeric, lemon peel, garlic, carrots, chickpeas, germinated brown rice, cumin, and super firm sprouted tofu.
1. Cook rice.
2. When rice has five minutes remaining, add desired amount of chickpeas, tofu, curry, cumin, finely diced carrots, garlic, lemon peel, and turmeric. Add a lot more curry than cumin and turmeric.
3. Stir in bowl and serve!
It’s delicious, high in fiber and protein, and easy to prepare!
